This is definately a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is great and the location is prime. The parking structure is a couple minute walk away and the escalators leading you under the old city to the new are a skip away. Also they hold concerts...

Noise disturbances from the nearby bus station are quite bothersome!!! An uncomfortable lack of in-room amenities could enhance guests' convenience!!!

The hotel offered a great location near the escalator to the historic center and featured spacious, clean rooms. Service was a bit lacking, and the breakfast could use more coffee machines. Still, the overall experience was pleasant for exploring the area.

Basic 4* hotel suitable for business or solo travel. Characterless and certainly neither charming nor romantic.

Characterless, crowded breakfast below variety level of an average Italian 4* hotel, very few staff. In a nicely refurbishes Rationalist Architecture building left over from the fascist era, doesn’t look good from the exterior.
