This is definately a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is great and the location is prime. The parking structure is a couple minute walk away and the escalators leading you under the old city to the new are a skip...

Noise disturbances from the nearby bus station are quite bothersome!!! An uncomfortable lack of in-room amenities could enhance guests' convenience!!!

The hotel offered a great location near the escalator to the historic center and featured spacious, clean rooms. Service was a bit lacking, and the breakfast could use more coffee machines. Still, the overall experience was pleasant for exploring the area.

Basic 4* hotel suitable for business or solo travel. Characterless and certainly neither charming nor romantic.

Characterless, crowded breakfast below variety level of an average Italian 4* hotel, very few staff. In a nicely refurbishes Rationalist Architecture building left over from the fascist era, doesn’t look good from the exterior.

The staff was excellent and really helpful. The service was superb from the nice house cleaners who played with my puppy to the front desk staff who went out of their way to help make my stay...

Throughout our 14 day stay the staff were helpful with enquiries and very friendly. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Evening meals were served in the hotel's spacious restaurant under franchise and have to be paid for each visit....
